Thank you for choosing Mepiks We appreciate your interest and business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products/services. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, in that condition, we offer you 30 days’ refund policy. 

Please read the following refund policy carefully.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are eligible for products/services purchased within the last 30 days from the date of the current invoice.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@mepiks.com within the 30-day limitation period.

Only the current invoice is eligible for a refund; previous invoices are not applicable for refund requests.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, the customer must provide the following information:

  • Invoice number
  • Date of purchase
  • Detailed reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be processed within 30 days business days from the date of receipt.

3. Refund Approval

Refunds will be approved only when you did not use our service at all, which means you did not download any logo, icon, sticker, image, or video clip.

4. Method of Refund:

Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment made.

If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card. If payment was made via bank transfer or UPI payment, then payment will be reverted back to the same account.
